[AT] O-14, possibly McCormick-Deering or Inter?

All this talk of Farmalls has reminded me of a tractor I
came across when helping out in some floods recently.
What caught my attention was it had what looked like grader
tyres on the rear. Although it was buried under all sorts of
rubbish at the front end, the model plate was visible, below
the steering wheel somewhere.. I thought it could of been an
industrial model going on the tyres. This was a very quick
look due to the conditions.

Any thoughts?
