[AT] OT- Well Chlorinators

Does anyone have any experience, good or bad, with automatic well
chlorinators?  Our well water has a manganese problem and we have that
rotten egg smell.  We have shock chlorinated the well twice, and each time
it made all of the difference in the world.

The automatic chlorinators drop 3/8" chlorine pellets down the well at
regular intervals, and run between $550 and $900.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
