Thanks for the explanation, George. I'm sending you three photos of
this prize after I finish getting my next cup or coffee. This one has wheel
weights on both front and back but I can't tell from Lucille's photos if the
rear wheel weight on the left side is heavier or thicker than the one on the
right. This tractor has no lift on it at all from what I can see. Also the
owner has mounted what looks like a snowplow frame on the front of it. I see
that he has broken that frame on the left side. It should all come off easily
and then the tractor would look better. I can see that this BN as spent some
time sitting outside - like 20 years - but still has some paint left on it.
Sheet metal is not too bad. The asking price is $1250 but I imagine he will
take less for it. The tires look pretty good too.

I think some tractors plowed better with a weight on the land side
for extra traction on the high wheel.

I'd like to see what that BN down by Portland looks like if you want
to send a couple photos of it off the List.

And yes again about it fitting in my new trailer. Even the color will
go nice. grins. I decided to seal the floor and the walls in the new trailer
with floor and gym seal urethane and have two coats on it now. The floor gets
one more coat and then the trailer will be ready to use. I figured almost any
tractor drips oil or grease somewhere and I might as well make it easy to
clean up afterwards. I do not think it made the floor slippery as the plywood
is rough enough and I did not sand it.
