David; I'm thinking you need to put a sealer inside that tank after you
get
it cleaned out. You've got some junk coming loose after you think it's
clean. Go by a motorcycle shop and get a shot of the stuff they use.
Have
them tell you how to get the tank as clean as possible and how to apply
the
sealer. That should take care of the problem. There are other sealers
but I
can't come up with the names just now. Gil
