[AT] Rationale for firing orders

I used to have a boat with an OMC stern drive powered by a 302 Ford. The
funny thing was that the firing order was reversed from a normal Ford firing
order. Turned out they had pumped the performance up by using a Ford 351
camshaft and for some reason they had to change the firing order because of
ballance. That has been about 15 years ago and I can't remember the
details now. It was a nice boat though. I kinda wish I had kept it.
