Nope, Bob, It's neither of the ones you mentioned.

It's an LT "nothing at all", purchased 3/28/1994.

The paperwork says "AutoCAD LT" and the "version part" of the form is blank.

However in the "Hardware" portion of the form "WINDOWS v.3.1" is typed in as 
is "1.44 MB" in the "system" section.

As a matter of fact, now that I think a bit, it makes me wonder if it will 
even work on a Win98 machine ?!?
