[AT] an Iowa snowstorm

Charlie,

I had the same thought when I was in my early thirties. It sounded like a
fun way to get to fly without spending much of my own money. I also thought
about working for advanced ratings. (instrument) Then I thought about how
dangerous either would be if not done enough to stay proficient. After
that, I decided to be content with a SEL (single engine land) rating and fly
to the limits of what the machine could stand. God allowed me to do that
and still be here at 69.

Ever loop a Cub on floats?
