[AT] My Tractor Pull Game *Update*

Thanks for the input Charlie,

The game randomly selects  4, 5, or 6 mph. 5 being the best, 4 the worst,
and 6 a little better than 4. ( I thought an Allis B could achieve 8 mph in
3rd :-p)

I am still working on the game and adding things. Ya'll may have noticed
there is no 2 on the menu. This will be the parts/upgrade section, it just
isn't done yet so I took the option off the menu.

Later I will try and add more tractors and venues to the databases.
