[AT] Comp advice for reading tractor list

Windows98 Second Edition (SE). Keep as far away from Millenium Edition
(ME) as possible. Alternatively, you could go up to Windows 2000, but for
best results you'll need 512Mb of RAM, and a 10Gig hard drive might be a
bit tight if you do much else with it.
