I have my mail set to poll(check for new messages every 4 minutes. I can set
it as long every 480 minutes. Maybe Walt has his set for a long time period.
If I am expecting a reply I hit the send /receive every 10 to 15 seconds
instead of waiting for the computer to do it for me.

I think Spencer has always done a great job with this list. I have been
around since the Forsyte county days also.
