Cecil we didn't have this problem on the old list and since it is Spencer who 
changed from one to the other supposedly for better service then who else can 
you blame. I wouldn't put up with this type of service one minute but Spencer 
seems to not care about it so I guess we will all live with it. Sorry it 
upsets people if I point out a problem with the list but I'm not to blame for the 
slow service either.
