Nope they just use a trick to disable the right click option on those
sites. Easily done and easily worked around.

About the best way I have seen so far to prevent downloading of pictures
is to break each picture into small bits like a mosaic, then you would
need to click and save each bit to get the entire picture, then join it
in the correct order and save it. Real PITA to do that.
