[AT] Rationale for firing orders

This is probably why almost all over the road semi trucks use
a six cylinder diesel. They have all tried V8s and even v12s
in them but it seems they all come back to the 6. This seems
to be one of the reasons the Cummins in the Dodge trucks
have such success too.
