SV: [AT] OT Roller!

No idea, but there are some marks as if the front and rear roll had been on
the pavement so I don't think it was there prior to the pavement. It's
definetely an asphalt roller. I would also guess that a roller that big
weighs between 10 and fifteen tons so it must have been a heavy roll.

For the life of me I can't figure out what turned that thing over.  It is
sitting on fairly flat ground and there are no marks on the fresh asphalt
beside it.  Maybe it was already turned over before the new asphalt was laid
but now they are going to mess that up trying to set the thing back up.
