[AT] OT Roller!

My thought was the possibility that it rolled off a low boy trailer.  It
had to be almost upside down when it hit the dirt.

For the life of me I can't figure out what turned that thing over.  It
is
sitting on fairly flat ground and there are no marks on the fresh
asphalt
beside it.  Maybe it was already turned over before the new asphalt was
laid
but now they are going to mess that up trying to set the thing back up.
