[AT] Comp advice for reading tractor list

Guys I need a little computer advice. ( Not tractor related, but the computer is used for reading this list and trying to learn more about tractors).

My comp is very old, so I bought a used one with a 500 mhz CPU, 256 meg RAM, and 10240 HD.  The HD has been formatted, but it came with windows 95.

What is the best software for a computer with these capabilities.
