[AT] First Glitch

We had our first glitch with the new software.  Unfortunately this happened at the same time a lot of folks got that virus email addressed to the ATIS-announce address.   The two are UNRELATED and was coincidental.

At any rate I apologize for the down time and will be researching the software crash to determine why it happened and will do whatever it takes to prevent it from happening again.
