[AT] Bad valve on an M- Update

Charlie, my IH 'guy' was just here and said exactly what you did. The rocker
arm was dry on one end and was not moving easily.  I'm either going to have
him try to rebuild it or find a used one.

Same setup on the AC stuff too Karl.  It sounds like that might be the
problem on the M.  If so it is probably in for a rocker arm rebuild as well
as some push rods and valve guides.
