[AT] Test for time differential

I have to jump in here. There is no problem with the new ATIS 
software/hardware. It takes about 15 seconds for mine to post on the 
ATIS. The time getting back to you appears to have nothing to do with 
ATIS. Longest I have noticed since I started looking thew last couple of 
days is 6 minutes, and that delay was because too many students were 
surfing and not working.  Sorry Walt, but  many factors outside ATIS can 
affect the posting of your e-maill back onto your local machine. Usually 
they are with your ISP, but could be discrupted communications from Mars 
or Venus, maybe even the Sun.
