[AT] New list

Several years ago in the early days of the list there was a pretty good
arguement caused by the fact that messages got to different folks in
different orders. The net result was that it appeared as if some folks, me
for one, were contradicting statements made by others. Once we figured out
is was because the progression of the discussion was not in the same order
for everyone the problem was cleared up.

The discription of the internet as a "web" is a good one. Messages make
their way through the web based on availablility of bandwidth resources at
the moment. Some go pretty directly and others go around their elbow to get
to their thumb.
