Cecil, considering I just bought the 712, I don't think I'll have need for a 314, but thank you for the offer.  I grew up "farming" with my neighbor; I would get dropped off at his field after school and then ride with him in his Allis' until dinner.  He owns a pair of AC lawn tractors (can't think of the number's off hand) and when I got older, I was able to use them from time to time and really enjoyed them.  I decided I wanted to find myself a nice AC garden tractor.  I would like to find a power lift as well, but for the time being, the strongarm will do fine.  Regards,
