[Steam-engine] Gauge tools

At the National Threshers show at Wauseon last weekend I had a small exhibit
of steam gauges. Part of the exhibit included three gauges that had been
damaged by improper use or maintenance. One of these had a bent hand shaft
and a scratched dial which may have occurred when someone tried to remove
the hand without using a hand-jack. Be extremely careful if you try to use
screwdrivers instead of a hand-jack!

on opposite sides of the case to force the pointer off, can be used with no
injury to the gauge.
