[Farmall] BIG bolt, little space problem!

The problem with the U bolts that hold the fenders on pretty much all
Farmall tractors is that rain drips down off the fenders and sits right
on those threads. I don't think that there is much chance of saving them
- when you get a bigger impact wrench, the end of the bracket will just
twist off. :-( Save yourself a lot of time and disappointment by just
cutting them off with a saw or torch.
New brackets are available from IH and other sources, but they aren't
cheap. I suggest you coat the threads on the new brackets with a liberal
layer of Nev-R-Seize. :-)
