[Steam-engine] traction engine transport

I had different quotes on moving two engines to
Florida from WV and I had numbers around $3,500.00. We
ended up going with a trucking company in Florida that
the owner has a 75 case.  He made arrangements to come
back with our engines from a trip to Ohio.  It was no
where near the $3,500 so it can be done.
