[AT] Battery charger

You can get a volt meter from Radio Shack or Harbor Freight for less 
than $10.00. A simple volt meter is a great tool to have in the shop
anyway. You can use it to determine the polarity and reconnect the clamps.

You can also use it to trouble shoot old tractors and batteries.
