[Steam-engine] Re: Roy Sweitzer

Roy has been in the states for the past 4 or 5 years.
At least the last time I talked to him last year at Pontiac when I was
running his Gaar Scott, he was still in the US.  Jim Haley if you are out
there, can fill us in more.
