Sounds like my lawntractor I spend more time welding than mowing... It would probably be faster to mow with scissors :-0. This year is another dry one so I mowed only three times and the two lasts times only parts of the lawn (no need to mow the yellow stuff - dried grass and dandelions) 

We had a forest fire here last sunday so its dry. It was the biggest happening for two centuries. It even made first page in the paper. We where of voting and saw the smoke. By looking at a telephone antenna I thought it was a little north of us so we didn't hurry that much so the local journalist beat us and needless to say the firefighters(no offense and they really did a great job maybe except for the guy that brought their food, how can he not find them when the smoke was visible for at least 20 miles)

What I did see when I was there was that my David Brown isn't that lonely around here because the widow that lives closest to the fire got one and some other interesting stuff, one hay mower exactly like mine.
