[AT] OT--Gasoline prices

	That highway was built many years ago as Route 17. Local politics,
especially near Corning kept it from being finished. In the meantime much
of it had crossroads and unlimited access. Much of it had to be rebuilt to
make it conform to Interstate standards. This project is still going on and
I fail to see what the hurry was to start calling it an Interstate highway.
A lot of it is so rough from heavy truck traffic over the years that a lot
of us drive on only the left lane. I look for it to take several years at
least to complete - if they can do it in that time frame. I wish you had been
down this way and could have stopped to say hello or some of us could have
met you along the way.

	I suppose this was another raid to run off with one of more of our
antique tractors?  ;-)
