[AT] OT--Gasoline prices

I filled near Binghamton, NY Wednesday with regular for $2.199!

It must be their low fuel taxes on cheap gas that account for the
disgraceful condition of I-86... the Southern
Tier Expressway.  They seemed to have just enough patching material to fill
the chuck holes.  Problem is... they used it all to overfill only half the
holes.  I thought my poor truck would shake apart.
