[AJD] Need help from the wheel experts- oddball wheels on a wartime B

I wasn't asked, but have heard that there was a  reason for electric start 
on wartime models. Many young ladies were using farm equipment and didn't 
have the strength to start the flywheel models. Makes sense(?), whether 
true or not.
