[Farmall] Cub Idler Gear

Carl,

Yours is a common problem.  The manual doesn't clearly tell you that the two
marks are on opposite sides of the gear.  Each mark is only on one side of
the gear.  You're right... they aren't 180 degrees apart.  It's been a
while, but I think the mark for the mag on the back of the gear is about 9
to 10 o'clock when #1 is at the top of compression stroke.  You may have to
remove the seal in order to find it.
