[AT] List sign up problems

[Dean VP]

There is a past member trying to sign back up to the general list and the JD
list and is having trouble. He signs up on ATIS site successfully but is not
getting any messages. Anyone have any ideas how to help him? If so, send
some suggestions and I'll pass it on to him. I sure don't know what the
problem is.
