[AT] MH Pacer trottle handle question

The handle was plastic(maybe Bakelite but I doubt it).   They, like the
steering wheels, would eventually get pretty rough and wood was a popular
replacement.   Mine had a pretty good handle on it.   I just had to grind
and buff it a little.
