I thought that Gas engine magazine was the main source for the Case book,
but I didn't find it there.  They do have the STEAM ENGINE GUIDE by Prof.
P.S. Rose, which is an excellent book for $12.25

For those looking for a book that has a lot of info on steam engines, the
book at the link below is a book that has a lot of good stuff in it, but
don't pay that crazy price for it..........  I bought mine with the "Buy it
Now" on ebay for 12 bucks.  I would consider selling it for that price and
getting another one though..........

Also the book by Kinzer's - Rough and Tumble Engineering is a good book.
