Thanks  to everyone for their input.   I have a very good friend who is a 
mechanic with a rollback who  is going to help with the 
move.   Fortunately, I only have to move the tractors to one end of a field 
where my house is and I have 60 days to move them and 6 months to build a 
new shop.   I ended up Making her move and kept the house and lot portion 
of the farm and selling the rest.I am very grateful that I was able to get 
sole custody of my son without too much of a fight.  He IS the most 
important thing.  So as of Friday for the first time in 78 years someone 
else will own the farm  and I am on the way to closing several chapters in 
a horror story.
