Any of you dozer fella ever freed up steering clutches by soaking them with deisel? I looking at a AC m that the owner said he pulled to start ( hand crank) to get running. Says the steering clutches are froze up and soaking them should free them up???? I was wondering if there froze up wouldn't that cause a problem pull starting the machine. thanks Don
