In trying to get the house cleaned up so the For Sale
sign can go out in front, all my Deere stuff is packed
and in a storage stall. I need to retorque the head
on my 70 gas. What's the correct torque amount? I've
got antifreeze in the right piston-first time since
I've had it. I've not run it much in the last 3
years. Had antifreeze in it, so it can't be cracked.
Would a head gasket fail just setting there? Thanks
in advance, guys. Leon

BTW- Terry Hrdlicka-- I'll be moving down your way
eventually. We're going to build about halfway
between Firth and Adams. I've hung up teaching after
35 years. Now I can get a REAL job - that is, one
with a definite quitting time!!!! :-)
