[AT] desulphating battery chargers

One of the finest surgeons in our local hospital had his career ended at a
young age from a battery.   He was trying to start his lawn tractor inside
his shed.  He cranked on it for a  while and then decided he would check the
battery.  He removed the cap and without thinking lit a match so he could
see the fluid level in the battery.  Now he is almost completely blind.
