If the rest of your carb is cast iron- and I suspect it is- a little heat is
really good for helping loosen these parts. Be gentle, if the first heating
is inadequate, it is easy to repeat. If damaged by too much heat, damage not
easily reversed. It probably is a Marvel-Schebler carb.
