[AT] desulphating battery chargers

Maybe works.

Tried the L+G battery last night, it had a lot of crank.

Took a while to work the storage oil out of the cylinder, battery kept going.

Tried it today, still good.

...now to figure out how to lube the throwout bearing (CC 128)
