[AT] desulphating battery chargers

I have had it bring back several batteries.  If they are totally dead or 
have a short in them, you are out of luck.  But if it show any charge at 
all, it has brought them back for me.  It takes a long time if it has to 
desulphate, maybe all day.  Once desulphated, it starts charging and 
brings them to life.  I think sometimes it will take several 
desulphating to bring the battery to 100% if its pretty far gone.
