	All of those things are jobs for crawlers. No question about
that. If I were you I would see about a rental by the month. The rates
are much cheaper than by the day and you only pay by the hours you use
it on the hourmeter. Get one that is big enough to do the job - at least
as large as the JD 550. I had a Case 850 here for 6 weeks when I cleared
the spot for the shop and made a "plateau" flat parking area off to the
side and above it along the hillside. I also had a Case 580K Extendahoe
along with it and could have used a decent dump truck. There are still
rocks the size of Volkswagens or larger that neither Case could even
wiggle that I covered back up.
