[AT] Jager Engine, Now fairbanks Z

Hi Terry,
    If the engine has new rings and a rebuilt mag, mixer and ignitor (and is
complete) why isn't it running? I smell something FISHY!

PS, If the guy is an engine collector he knows what the engine is worth.
Offer him $100.00 and see what he says/does!
