Day before yesterday it was still 65 degrees F at 7 PM. Yesterday was a
little cooler started off at about 30 degrees then warmed up to near 60. 
 
Yesterday morning we finished planting onions, varieties include Candy,
Superstar, and Stockton Red, This is our first year for the red onions. We
have 20 rows 176 feet long with the plants 6 inches apart. That spacing
gives them plenty of room to grow. 
 
Many of you lucky people got to eat some of our sweet onions at the Friday
Luncheon put on by the Brown Family at Portland last August.
