[AT] Acknowledgements can be shut off

OK, thanks Dean. I went into my properties and changed the setting. I
don't recall seeing the option when I first signed up.

One can shut off the acknowledgements by going to your sign up properties.

The whole process is much cleaner than the previous ATIS, and that one
was not too bad. It had a real problem with addresses when signing on/off.
