Don't mix rarity with value.  You may have a very rare tractor worth very 
little or one that there are 1000s of and worth a great deal it all depends on 
how many people want it. If you have 1 tractor and no one wants it then its 
worth nothing, whereas if you have 1000 tractors and 1001 people want them then 
the price will be what ever the last guy is willing to pay to get one.
