Cecil run a wire from the cut off terminal to a switch and then run a wire
from the switch to ground.

On a slightly different line of thought.  Have you seen the kill switches
they put on personal water craft and small boats with outboard motors?   It
is a spring loaded kill switch with a lanyard that attaches to your belt or
suspenders or something.  The other end of the lanyard is a clip that keeps
the switch open.  If you fall out of the boat the lanyard pulls away from
the kill switch allowing it to close and kills the engine.

I have been tempted to install those on my tractors.  You can buy them for a
few bucks at a boat supply place.
