H.L:
    For information, you can lay the jack on it side and fill it.
But, it needs air space, so stand it up and let it run back down
to the level at the filler hole.
If you think it has air in the cylinder, pump it up to the top,
turn the jack upside, open the release and push the cylinder
down. Set the jack back on its base and open the filler screw
and let the air out.
