[AT] Diesel Starting Safety Reminder

Robert, I'm a little surprised that a 1995 tractor would not have a neutral
safety start switch built right in to the system. Most tractors have had it
for years starting back in the 60s. Occasionally they do fail and need to be
replaced. The one on my 730 Case works and its 40 years old. Got to have
both shifters in neutral before the starter will work.
