Let  me elaborate a little further.  If I remember right the tractor did not
run when Scott got it?  He has never seen it run?

My first question if I were trying to buy it would not be about the engine.
We know what it will take to fix it.  The problem would be knowing the
condition of the transmission, hydraulics, etc. and there is no way to know
that (other than 3rd hand information) without making the engine run.
